My ID has expired and I’m waiting for a new one. What can I do?

To pass our verification process, you must submit an ID that will remain valid for at least 1 month from the date of submission. If you can’t provide an ID that meets this requirement, we will have to cancel your transaction.

Please note we can’t accept temporary IDs such as temporary replacement driver license, voter’s card, national identification number slip, etc. You can attempt our verification process once you have received your permanent ID.
