Visit https://coinpappa.com/buy, place an order, and you will be prompted to enter your information and upload documents. We will then verify your identity and approve your transaction, provided you have met the following requirements.

Proof of ID

To give you access to our services, we need to know your legal first name and legal last name. You can send us the following type of government-issued identification documents photographed:

• International passport (currently not supported for US customers)
• National ID card (both sides)
• Driving license (both sides)

Other types of ID cannot be accepted.

Please note that your photos and the document itself need to meet the following requirements:

• Photos are in high resolution
• Photos are in color
• Original photos are uploaded (no screenshots or graphic editing software)
• Document is easily readable (no flash or blurriness)
• All four corners of the document are clearly visible
• Document has your signature
• Document is not physically damaged
• Document is valid for at least 1 month
• Document contains Latin characters (documents in Arabic, Hebrew or Japanese without English translation are not accepted)

We’ll also ask you for a 3D Liveness Check or Selfie photograph which requires camera access.
