You can use one of the following documents, as long as it has been issued within the last 3 months, and it has your full name and residential address on it:

• Utility bill
• Bank or credit card statement
• Tax invoice
• Other government-issued residential statement or certificate

Please note that we do not accept:

• Medical bills
• Purchase receipts

Your proof of address document must meet the following requirements:

1. Shows your full name
2. Shows your full home address (PO Box addresses are not accepted)
3. Shows the date of issue
4. Shows the name of the issuing entity
5. The document was issued in the last 3 months
6. The whole sheet of paper is visible in the photo
7. Please upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents. Screenshots will not be accepted
